I've been
missing the hours I've been spending in the kitchen lately this week, since I haven't been home. Today I
took anvantage of our big kitchen and browsed through the ingridients to see what to do. We had loads of
carrots.
What to do? A
carrot cake is the obvious answer! To brag a little bit, I must tell you guys that it's one of the
best carrots cakes I've
ever eaten. A
juicy and
caramelized texture and a
sweeeeet frozting made of cream cheese.
